Calla Mug

$46.00
sold out

This mug is wheel-thrown from English Porcelain, carved at the leather hard stage and under-glaze applied. It is then bisque fired, interior and exterior glazes applied, and undergoes the final firing.

The calla lily has always been a favorite flower of mine. The clean lines and curves draw me in, and we chose calla lilies for our wedding flowers.

The capacity of this mug is 12 oz. It could be microwaved or cleaned in the dishwasher, but all handmade mugs fare best over time when hand-washed. That being said, I often place my mugs on the top shelf of the dishwasher, or reheat coffee in the microwave with no issue.
